We operate from Monday to Friday.

Emergency services after hours (evenings, weekends and Stat holidays) are charged at 1.5x our hourly rate.

We service the Greater Vancouver Area from Kitsilano to Langley (don’t hesitate to contact us if you live in Abbotsford or beyond as we have been known to take on projects as far as Victoria and Terrace, BC!)

We are licensed and carry $2,000,000 liability insurance.

We are insured with WCB and can provide a certificate of good standing.

We do provide estimates and flat rates for jobs that go beyond general maintenance/repairs (fence and deck re-builds, wall builds, renovations etc)

Estimates  that require a site visit and/or material quotes are charged $100 with the cost deducted from your final invoice should you choose to do business with us. This service fee wil be invoiced and must be paid in advance of the contractor coming to quote.

We guarantee that there will be no surprise charges added to your bill.

If we discover anything during your job that was unforeseen, we will notify you immediately and only proceed according to your wishes.

We guarantee our services and if something is not quite right, we will make sure it is.

Hourly Rate2025-01-07T19:57:15-08:00

Our hourly rate for a skilled contractor is $90.00/h.

We do not charge travel fees.

We bill a 3 hour minimum charge for any service.

We do not mark up materials, you pay what we pay and we provide original purchase receipts.

Material estimates are subject to change.

We do apply a 5% credit card surcharge to transfer station (dump) fees and any materials we purchase for your project.  This surcharge will be waved if payment is remitted by cash, cheque or e transfer.

Clients may choose to supply their own materials, however, please note that any extra time spent by the contractor having to exchange damaged/incomplete/non suitable materials or time incurred having to put in extra work due to inadequate material choices will be billed at our hourly rate.

All rates are subject to 5% GST

A 25% NON REFUNDABLE deposit will be required (upon booking) for all large projects. Project dates may be changed (once) with 5 days notice. A deposit is not required for small general maintenance jobs that are billed at our hourly rate.

Payment is due at the completion of service/project. Invoices are due upon receipt.
